Data Collection

We collect personal information that you provide to us when you use our services:

• Contact details (name, email, phone number)
• App and device information (app version, operating system, language)
• Purchase records (processed by Apple or Google; card details never reach us)
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information)
• Usage data, analytics and app crash reports
• Correspondence and support conversations

Purchase Information

When you make an in-app purchase, the payment is taken by the store you downloaded the app from:

• Your card details are handled by Apple or Google and are never passed to us
• What reaches us is the store's confirmation that a purchase happened
• Your invoices and transaction history live in your store account
• Subscription status is known to us only as far as the store reports it to the app

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services that may collect data:

• Apple App Store and Google Play - app distribution, purchases and crash reports
• Google Analytics and Google Ads - website usage analytics and ad measurement
• Vercel - website hosting and content delivery
• Turso (libSQL) - data storage
• The SMTP provider we use to send email

Optional usage measurement in Ehliyet Geyik

Ehliyet Geyik uses Google Analytics for Firebase for optional usage measurement. This measurement is off by default and starts only when you enable Usage Measurement in the app settings. You can disable it in the same place at any time.

When enabled, we measure app sessions and completed practice tests to understand how the app is used and improve it. Custom test events contain the test mode, the number of questions and answers, counts of correct and incorrect answers, and elapsed time. They do not include your name, email address, account identifier, question content or selected answers.

The Firebase SDK also processes an app-instance identifier, app and device information, approximate location derived from IP information, and applicable automatically collected lifecycle or purchase-related events. This data is pseudonymous, not anonymous. We do not send an account user ID to Analytics. Analytics advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization permissions remain denied in this implementation. Measurement consent is separate from advertising consent and paid features.

Disabling Usage Measurement stops subsequent Analytics collection. Completions recorded while measurement is off are not uploaded later when it is enabled. Disabling collection does not automatically remove data already processed in reports. Firebase/Google processes the information under the Google privacy information linked in this policy, and applicable retention settings govern stored event data.

• Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics standard retention)
• Marketing data: Until consent is withdrawn or account closure
