Refund Policy Overview

Due to the nature of our digital educational software services, refunds are limited but available under specific circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items

Subscription Cancellation

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on bank
  • Partial refunds calculated based on usage and circumstances
  • Currency exchange rates may affect international refunds

💳 Stripe Processing: Refunds are processed through Stripe. Processing fees are non-refundable as per Stripe policy.
